I really like quick and easy meals. These Asian Pork Chops are just that.
Ingredients: 1/4 cup hoisin sauce 1/2 cup soy sauce 1 tbsp sesame oil 2 tsbp sriarchia sauce 1 tbsp asian sweet chili sauce 1 garlic clove - minced *3 boneless pork chops S&P sesame seeds *not pictured The How to: Preheat oven to 405. Mix the hoisin, soy, sesame oil, garlic, and chili sauce in a separate container Pour mixture over pork chops (it would be best if you marinate the chops for about two hours) Season with S&P Cook 45 minutes Top with sesame seeds Will and I both loved this. This dish was Will approved!
This is another two in one post. I wanted to try out a mixture of balsamic and rosemary over baked chicken and roasted mushrooms. For the Chicken Ingredients:
~1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar Olive Oil Clove of garlic - minced dash rosemary S&P *2 skinless boneless chicken breasts *not pictured The How To: Preheat oven to 405 Place chicken in a foil lined dish (for easy clean up) Spray with olive oil, add balsamic vinegar Place some garlic on each piece of chicken and season with S&P Bake for about 45 minutes
For the Mushroom Ingredients:
1 tbsp butter Olive Oil S&P marsala cooking wine Carton of Baby bellas The How To: In a small pan heat butter Add mushrooms and top with a little olive oil and marsala Season with S&P Cook on medium heat for about 15 minutes
I served the mushrooms over some pasta and topped it with truffle oil - and it was delicious. I could each these mushrooms at every meal. Will is going to learn to love mushrooms soon enough.

Everyone wants hot wings sometimes.. but no one wants all those calories! Next time you get a craving, you have to try Buffalo Cauliflower Bites. Ingredients:
1 head of cauliflower - cut into bite size pieces 3/4 cup skim milk 1/2 cup flour 1 tbsp garlic powder 1/2 tbsp cayenne powder 1/2 cup Frank's buffalo wing sauce Blue Cheese dressing for dip The How To: Preheat oven to 450 In a medium bowl - whisk milk, flour, garlic and cayenne Dip each piece of cauliflower in the mixture and then place on a baking sheet Cook for 20 minutes - then drizzle buffalo wing sauce over the tops of the cauliflower bites Return to oven and bake additional 5-10 minutes Serve with blue cheese dressing Yes, this was a side dish - so what. Will ate it. And he liked it.. This side is Will approved!
